Tactically Relevant – the conditioning program has to contribute to, rather than compete against tactical skills – not simply exercising for exercise sake.

TACFIT Commando was kept portable by eliminating equipment. You can do it in your living room, backyard, gym or hotel room. You can even do it while you stand in the tub. Commando is efficient as it is limited to 20 minutes. Anyone can find twenty minutes a few times per week, which means laziness just lost another excuse.
